1951 Martin D-18
For sale today is a Martin D-18 from 1951. A few notes on the overall condition:
-This guitar has the expected play wear, dings, and scratches from the last 75 years, but no major cracks or structural issues.
-Bridge and pickguard have been reglued.
-Nut has been replaced.
-The frets have some wear, but the wear is even and the guitar rings out up and down the fretboard without dead spots, significant buzzing, or other major issues.
-The action is currently around 7/64" at the 12th fret on the low E and just a hair over 6/64" on the high E, with little to no room to come down at the saddle.
-The nut width is 1 21/32" (42.24mm)
-The weight is 4 lbs. 0.94 oz.
