Rickenbacker 360/12 1990 - White

For sale today is a beautiful Rickenbacker 360/12 from 1990 in white. This guitar is a dream to play and is in such good shape for its age. The pickups and electronics all work like they should. Plug in and you will hear the instantly familiar sound of this guitar, and the understanding of why Petty, The Beatles, Lemmy, and Pete Townsend all used them. The guitar is a special specimen as they didn't make many in this color combo at all. It comes with its original hardcase and even includes its original polish cloth.

This 12 string Rickenbacker has very little wear for its age with the only real changes being a replaced tailpiece with some light finish checking near it, and some aging/discoloration in the white finish. The original "R" tailpiece is in the case, but is unfortunately broken (common issue). There is no buckle rash on the back, no dings on the front, and almost zero fretwear. You will find light pick scratching on the pickguard, and one tiny ding where the guitar rests on your leg. There are also a couple of little marks on the top of the headstock. You will see in the photos that there is some darkening in spots where the white finish comes into contact with the black hardware. The guitar is otherwise free of any noticeable imperfections.
