G.L. Stiles Higgins 1960's - Red Burst

For sale today is a very rare and hard to find GL Stiles Higgins T-style guitar with two pickups and hardcase. This guitar features a mahogany body & neck, rosewood fingerboard, three-way switch, and tons of very cool vintage mojo. The scale length is 22.5". The serial number on the bridge reads 0-123527.

All in all, the condition is pretty darn good. There is some laquer chipping away on the edges which is visible in the photos. The pickups sound really cool with the bridge being incredibly bright and slightly microphonic, and the neck being extremely bassy and mellow. The action is pretty good going up the neck. Around the 10th fret, it starts to get a little bit higher and is not quite as easy to chord. It plays well, but not perfectly. Basically, this is a very unique, short scale vintage guitar that has a unique sound. If you have any questions on this awesome piece, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to help. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
