For sale today is a 1957 Fender Duo Sonic. This guitar has been heavily modified over the years. The body was refinished in blue at some point, likely quite some time ago as it has worn in quite a bit and feels very comfortable. The neck still has the original finish, but has been refretted at some point, helping to make this one a great player. The pickups were replaced with a Seymour Duncan mini JB in the bridge and an Antiquity strat pickup in the neck. It also has newer pots and switch, but some of the original cloth wiring. The guitar still has the original bridge and tuners. The frets have some wear, but they still have plenty of life in them and the guitar plays in tune and rings out all up and down the neck.
