For sale today is a vintage Lectrolab R-500 combo guitar amplifier. This amp features a single 10" Jensen speaker, 2-12AX7 tubes, 2-6V6 tubes, and a 5Y3GT tube. A lot of people compare these to champs, but they are quite different in tone and circuit. This amp stays quite clean all the way up to around 8. Push it up to 10 and you can certainly get a convincing "Kieth" tone. It offers slightly more headroom than most champs. It was upgraded to a 3-prong plug somewhat recently.
