Breedlove SC20/MYR

For sale today is a true gem, the 2003 Breedlove SC20/MYR from their custom shop in Oregon. This particular model features a bear claw Sitka spruce top, rippling flame myrtle wood back and sides, and a beautiful mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard and bridge. The guitar was kept in fabulous shape and comes with its very nice, original hardcase. The guitar was obviously built with extreme care and is signed on its tag by Kim Breedlove.

The guitar is in fabulous shape with mostly small, micro clear coat scratches to note for physical imperfections. Otherwise, there are some small impressions on the top behind the bridge where the ball-ends of strings hit the top upon changing. The finish is still intact but there is some light dimpling there. The playability and action are tip top with action that's low enough for light-touch playing, but doesn't buzz or fret out even when played harder. The neck is smooth and the profile is comfortable. I would describe it as a thinner "C" with a 1-3/4" nut width. The guitar features an LR Baggs dual source preamp that sounds fantastic through an amp or PA. Part of the reason that this guitar sounds so vibrant is the light weight at 4 lbs. 3 oz.
