1992 Lowden S-25

For sale today is a Lowden S-25 from 1992. This guitar has been well-loved and well-worn, and for good reason. It boasts the rich, balanced tone that Lowden guitars are known for, and is a joy to play. The cedar top has the heavy wear that is expected from a Lowden of this age, but is structurally rock-solid. A previous owner installed a clear pickguard after some top wear had already occurred. The guitar has laquer checking throughout, but no cracks in the wood. It also has a visible ring on the lower side. Please see all photos for full idea of cosmetic condition. One important note, one of the back braces has some material missing from the top of it, but still remains solid. The frets are worn, but the wear is even, and the guitar still plays comfortably up and down the neck without dead spots. It is equipped with an LR Baggs Element that complements the guitar beautifully and sounds fantastic plugged in.
