1976 Alvarez 5039 Bicentennial #509 out of 800

For sale today is a 1976 Alvarez 5039 Bicentennial. This guitar needed some repairs when it came to us. The bridge was cracked so we fabricated and installed a new one. We also repaired a couple cracks in the solid top, and everything is stable now. The action is comfortable and there is room for the saddle to come down. The frets are highly divoted and there is some significant fret buzz when you get higher up on the neck. That said, this guitar stilll has a nice, rich sound when strumming lower register chords. The pickguard is also lifting a bit on the corners. The guitar will be packed with the utmost care. Please reach out if you have any additional questions, thanks for looking!
