For sale today is a Martin D-12-20 from 1970. This guitar is in good shape, with the expected dings, scuffs, and checking, but no major cosmetic issues (see photos). A few notes on the overall condition:
-Frets have some wear, but the wear is light and even, and the guitar rings out without dead spots.
-The action is fairly high and the saddle is getting low (see photos), so it will likely need a neck reset at some point. It is comfortable in the "cowboy chords" but gets higher as you go up the neck.
