1969 Gibson J-50

For sale today is a Gibson J-50 from 1969. A few notes on the overall condition:

-This guitar has the expected play wear, dings, scratches, and lacquer checking from the last 57 years, and the bridge appears to have been reglued at some point, but there are no current structural issues (see photos)

-The replaced frets have some wear, but the wear is light and even, and the instrument rings out up and down the fretboard without dead spots, significanrt buzzing, or other issues.

-There is a pickup installed, it looks like the K&K pure mini with volume knob.

-The action is just over 5/64" at the 12th fret on the low E and right around 4/64" on the high E, with room to come down at the saddle if desired.

-Nut Width is 1-23/32" (43.81mm)

-Weight is 5 lbs. 2.36 oz.

-Includes non-original hardshell case.

This guitar will be packed with the utmost care and ship fully insured with a hardshell case. Please reach out if you have any additional questions, thanks for looking!
