1963 Gibson Southern Jumbo

For sale today is a Gibson Southern Jumbo from 1963. This guitar has lived a lot of life, and sounds fantastic. A few notes on the overall condition:

-This guitar has a lot of wear and repairs. Repaired top crack and a patch in the top, a couple repaired back cracks, replacement bridge/saddle, replacement pickguards, all braces have been reglued and the finger brace was replaced, replacement tuners. The back crack repairs are amateur, but stable. I believe that covers it, but please check out the photos and reach out with any questions.

-The original frets have a lot of wear and are fairly flat, but the wear is even and the guitar still rings out without dead spots or other major issues.

-The action is right around 6/64" at the 12th fret on the low E, and just below 5/64" on the high E, with some room to come down at the saddle.

-Nut Width is 1 21/32" (42.27mm)

-Weight is 4 lbs. 9.48 oz.

This guitar will be packed with the utmost care and ship fully insured with a hardshell case. Please reach out if you have any additional questions, thanks for looking!
