1960 Martin 0-17T
For sale today is a Martin 0-17T Tenor Guitar from 1960. A few notes on the overall condition:
-This guitar certainly falls under the "player grade" category. It has a lot of checking, as well as some finish delamination/potewntial water damage to the finish in spots. There are also a couple cracks toward the edge of the top: it is difficult to tell to what extent they have been repaired, but they are currently stable/not moving. All that said, this instrument stays in tune, sounds great, and feels very stable. See photos.
-The frets have some wear, but the wear is even and the instrument rings out up and down the fretboard without significant buzzing, dead spots, or other major issues.
-The nut width is 1.274" (32.37mm)
-The action is currently around 7/64" across the board at the 12th fret. There is room to come down at the saddle.
-The guitar has a Barcus Berry pickup installed.
-Weight is 2 lbs. 9.82 oz.
This instrument will be packed with the utmost care and ship fully insured. Please reach out if you have any additional questions, thanks for looking!
