Agreements
By conducting business with our storefront you agree to these terms.
Consignment
• Consignment is done on a 70/30 split in the owner's favor on goods worth less than $2000
• Consignment is done on a 80/20 split in the owner's favor on goods worth more than $2000
• We evaluate all gear at the store and reserve the right to decline consignment on an item-by-item basis.
• We reserve the right to request a seller retrieve their item from the storefront for any reason
• We will sell the instrument at the owner's desired price and no less unless another number is agreed upon
• We do not accept responsibility for normal play wear caused by an instrument being on the sales floor
Purchases
• Instruments purchased have a 7-day return period for a full-refund if returned in as-sold condition
• Refunds typically issued in the same manner of the purchase or cash
• We reserve the right to deny returns if the instrument appears to have been tampered with or not in the exact condition it was sold
• No warranty applies to any used goods unless explicitly stated
Repairs
• Tickets are written as a quote and not as a binding document for price, unless explicitly stated
• Refunds are issued if the owner does not want the instrument to be serviced again
• Refunds may be voided if the instrument appears to be in a condition other than how it left the shop
• When an instrument is ready to be retrieved, attempts to contact the owner will be made via the primary contact information as placed on the Ticket
• Instruments are considered abandoned when no contact has been reciprocated by the owner for 30 days
• Instruments are considered abandoned when the owner fails to retrieve their instrument (paid or otherwise) within 30 days
• Abandoned items may be resold to recoup losses
